About Elena

Hi, I’m Elena — Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner, and Wellness Advisor devoted to guiding individuals into lives of clarity, confidence, and embodied inner peace.

 

My work was born from a profound transformation after experiencing a deep personal loss at a very young age. I frustratingly spent years navigating life outwardly composed, yet internally disconnected. It wasn’t until I became a mother when everything began to transform — unresolved grief surfaced, impacting my well-being and calling me into a deeper level of healing. I answered that call fully, and it changed the trajectory of my life beyond belief.

 

Through focused inner work, spiritual alignment, and energy healing, I released what no longer served me and reclaimed my power. That transformation now lives at the core of how I support others, and I love helping my clients achieve that same shift in their own lives.

 

I work with individuals who are ready for more — more peace, more alignment, and more truth. I thrive on helping those who no longer want to live below their potential or remain defined by stress, anxiety, or emotional weight.

 

My approach is both intuitive and deeply grounded, shaped by my background and experience in human development, education, photography, and time spent guiding others in meaningful transformation.
